Nokia X3-02 Touch and Type
Nokia X3-02 Touch and TypeThe Nokia X3-02 Touch and Type REVIEW and SPECIFICATIONS

The Nokia X3-02 Touch and Type is the first phone from Nokia to feature both a touch screen and the more traditional keypad. This best-of-both-worlds approach allows users to have all the fun of the touch screen experience, while keeping the undeniable practical benefits and ease of use that a keypad provides.

In terms of outward appearance, the Nokia X3 isn’t really breaking any new ground, but the 2.4” touch screen and super-slim design give the phone a modern, sleek look. Add to this the brushed aluminium cover, available in a range of 5 colours, and Nokia have a phone that would look good in anyone’s pocket.

Despite two sets of controls, though, the X3 Touch and Type is one of Nokia’s thinnest devices: it’s 9.6mm deep, 106mm tall, 48mm wide and weighs just 78g. The brushed aluminium finish and choice of five colours are also likely to appeal to fashion-conscious mobilists.

Even though it has a svelte profile, the X3 Touch and Type is full of features. It comes with four bands for voice, 3G, HSPA and WiFi for data, a music player and an FM radio. Mobile photographers get a 5-megapixel camera, with 4X digital zoom, which takes both still images and videos. The Communities app will keep you up-to-date with Twitter and Facebook.

The X3 Touch and Type has also got dedicated music and messaging keys for quick access to the music player and email. All the regular webmail and chat services are catered for by the included applications. Apps downloaded from the Ovi Store can be used through the 2.4-inch touch screen, so users don’t miss out on any of the latest games or productivity apps. They can also use the keys, of course, if they prefer, or adopt a hybrid approach.

REVIEW AND SPECIFICATION OF NOKIA X2
NOKIA X2
NOKIA X2 REVIEW

Nokia’s X series –the X3 and X6 and surely what we can expect upcoming X series handsets that seemingly in time with unofficial Nokia X2. In a report by NokiaPort “the Indonesian equivalent of the FCC has approved the Nokia X2, confirming its existence.” Details like quad-band GSM connectivity and Bluetooth also span on the post. Looking closely at the naming convention, X2 suggest low-end handset and obviously cheap favoring the masses. The official announcement from Nokia to show off X2 is still missing for now, but talking about another X-series handset come the interesting mock-up for Nokia X9, which seems quite believable. If this concept will run true, it will be based on X6 and should come with an AMOLED touchscreen display, 12MP camera with HD video recording, HDMI port, and dedicated Facebook and Twitter keys.

NOKIA C6 REVIEW
Second out of the blocks today comes the all new Nokia C6. With a 3.2-inch HD touchscreen display and a slide out four-row QWERTY keyboard, the new C6 brings the best of messaging together with instant access to your favourite contacts and communications. Not to mention a five-megapixel camera and a very respectable seven hours of talktime (in GSM mode). Read on after the jump to find out what else it has in store.

The Nokia C6 boasts a customisable homescreen which will also play host to your favourite contacts, your latest emails and your friends’ Facebook updates. With Nokia Messaging on board, you have support for up to 10 email accounts from your favourite email hosts including Yahoo! Mail, Gmail, Windows Live Hotmail and Ovi Mail.

Nokia C6 will be the third side-slider in the S60 5th edition family and according to the new naming convention, adopted by the Finnish company it shouldn’t be much pricier than the Nokia C5 (135 euro before taxes). The Nokia C6 only has 256 MB of internal memory (compare to 32 GB in Nokia N97 and 8GB in N97 mini) and seems to drop the steel frame in favor of an all-plastic body. The tilting LCD is also removed in the Nokia C6, probably to make space for the extra row on the keyboard. Fortunately, the 3G connectivity and the microSD card slot have been retained.

NOKIA 6208c
NOKIA 6208c

Nokia 6208c REVIEW
Nokia 6208c is a stylishly crafted device that integrates touchscreen technology with an elegant look and competent features. While it’s still not available in markets much beyond China and territories around it, the stylish stylus that it sports is something that has become a talking point among mobile lovers across the globe. So what if you think it looks like a bottle opener, it’s still innovative and unique.

Carrying an excellent 3.2 megapixel camera with a 4x digital zoom and a microSD slot for expanding storage, the details are far and few on this for now. But it won’t be much longer before we get a complete taste of the 6208c.Nokia 6208c is inspired from the 6708, the first touchscreen phone with a built-in keypad. And now the handset has been displayed on the Chinese site of Nokia. It will sport Nokia’s S40 OS and it will have both the full alphanumeric keypad and a 2.4 inch touschreen display. We don’t know if it’s a capacitive or resistive screen but the stylus present will suggest it’s a resistive one.

Other specs include tri-band EGSM 900/1800/1900, Bluetooth 2.0, support for tethering, a 3.2 megapixel camera with 4x digital zoom and dual-LED flash and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

The phone will be available in Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, India, the Middle East and North Africa but the price hasn’t been revealed yet.

The first thing to mansion is that Nokia's corporate design didn't go far away, so Nokia is easily recognized in the 6208c model. When I saw it for the fist time, 6300 communicator has come to my mind, but obviously, 6208c takes the 6708's way, which is also a classic form factor touchscreen released in 2006. Secondly, 6208c is all about little creative differences in design. For instance, I can not bypass its stylus. This is the most interesting stylus by design ever I believe. However, I don't like calling it weird or strange because Nokia would not place a poorly though out product under world's consideration, and who knows, may be it turns out to be so comfortable to use, that you wouldn't like to change it. Anyway the idea was to make it look like bamboo slips. Not an ordinary design of course, hence questionable, so let's move to unquestionable pluses. One of those is Chinese hieroglyph recognition, write it down on the notepad and the phone will find the most appropriate hieroglyph in its library. Very good, but Nokia is not the first to have this sort of thing, iPhone also has this feature.

Nokia 2690
Nokia 2690

Nokia 2690 REVIEW
Nokia 2690 comes with S40 UI, VGA camera, built-in stereo FM radio with RDS and a 3.5mm standard audio jack. Local connectivity options include Bluetooth and microUSB.

The quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE support make Nokia 2690 capable of global roaming and the built-in microSD card slot allows expanding the internal memory to 8GB. The handset comes with a 1.8" 262K-colors TFT LCD display with a resolution of 128 x 160 pixels. At the turn of the millennium, the West accounted for around three quarters of the world’s mobile phones. In 2009, developing nations account for three quarters – and over half the people alive own at least one. The 2690 isn’t quite the cheapest phone in the world (that honour goes to the Nokia 1280) the price just 54 Euros it is one of the most affordable to offer web and email access, media player and full GSM phone service. A 1.8-inch colour screen gives access to a WAP browser, a suite of calendar, recorder, converter and notes apps, and Ovi Mail. Nokia’s innovative Life Tools software brings rural and small town users crucial agricultural information, help with studying English and assistance with local school exams. The tough, slim phone has an FM radio, VGA camera, picture messaging and even Bluetooth, with a class-leading standby time measured in weeks (two) rather than hours.

NOKIA 7230|HARGA DAN SPESIFIKASI

HARGA|SPESIFIKASI NOKIA 7230
NOKIA 7230
NOKIA 7230
NOKIA 7230 REVIEW
Nokia 7230 is a compact slider with stunning looks. Rounded edges and a sleek finish make this Series 40 device easy on they eye at a price that’s even easier on the pocket. It doesn’t do badly on the feature front either whilst the 2.4-inch screen makes the most of the available space.

The Nokia 7230 is a connected little critter with Nokia Messaging on board, easy access to sharing snaps to Ovi, Flickr and Facebook and 3G for fast data transfer. Photos come courtesy of a 3.2-megapixel camera with dedicated camera button whilst a light alert will let you know when you get a new message or call.It is a neatly designed phone. The slider format helps keep things small, with a closed size of 98mm x 48mm x 14.75mm and an opened size of about 127mm tall. The slide mechanism is a little less solid than we’d like but it is definitely sprung and clunks well on opening and closing.

The screen is necessarily quite small at just 2.4-inches across diagonal corners. Its resolution of 240 x 320 pixels is relatively low too. But as you are unlikely to be doing much Web browsing with this handset due to its lack of 3G that is probably not going to be too much of a problem. Viewing angles aren’t great, but that is not a deal-breaker. In case you are thinking otherwise, we’ll confirm that the screen is not touch sensitive.

The numberpad keys click quite loudly when depressed and have a very firm action. Texting at speed should be no problem.

With the keyboard hidden away usage is confined to what you can get out of a very large D-pad, two softmenu buttons and the Call and End buttons as well as a single sidekey which activates the built in camera.

This shoots stills to a resolution of 3.2 megapixels, which is very much an entry level specification. You can choose to upload a photo to the Web direct from the camera.

If you’ve shot a still at the top resolution there is quite a wait while the handset prepares it for over the air transmission, and when that’s done your only choice is to share it via Ovi.

You can get photos onto other sites, such as Flickr, but you need to fiddle around and find the app, log in to the site, then upload. The same goes for using Facebook, MySpace, and YouTube.

Apps for these services along with Opera Mini for Web browsing, the Ovi Store and a few other bits like a clothing size converter are hidden away in a Collections folder, itself in an Extras folder, which is in the Applications folder you see on the main menu. It is a bit of a Russian dolls approach to organising apps.

The features set is necessarily humble. There is no Wi-Fi, no GPS and network connectivity is limited to GPRS and EDGE for data. Of course Bluetooth is here.

Out of the box our review handset had 14MB of internal memory free, but it comes with a 2GB microSD card providing quite a boost. Sadly the card slot is under the battery cover, so you have to power the handset down to do card swapping.

Music playback is catered for of course, and Nokia has not only built a 3.5mm headset jack into the casing so you can ditch the provided earphones in favour of your own favourites but also put this on the top edge, so that a connected headset does not snag the pocket. Makers of more expensive and fancy handsets please take note.

GAMBAR DAN SPESIFIKASI NOKIA C5

Engadget queried the NOKIA C5’s smartphone credentials, which in turn poses an interesting question in terms of what expectations are now placed on a device to be dubbed a smartphone? The Nokia C5 is built on the S60 3rd edition platform of Nseries fame, and comes with a host of IM and social networking features built in. It also comes loaded with free walk and drive voice-guided navigation courtesy of Ovi Maps. Not to mention speedy HSDPA connectivity, granting maximum speeds of up to 10.2 Mbps via your operator, and HSUPA for rapid uploads of up to 2Mbps over the air. Does a smartphone need a large touchscreen and heaps of onboard memory to be called a smartphone? Let us know what you think below. Nokia 5235 Review and Specification
It’s all about choices right? Nokia adds yet another touchscreen device called the Nokia 5235. It is supposed to be a successor to the recently released 5230. It features Comes With Music, 3.2 inch touchscreen, 2 megapixel camera, and more.

Based on the previously-released Nokia 5230, the new touchsreen phone, oddly enough, isn't part of the company's XpressMusic lineup (there's no dedicated music keys). However, it does integrate some nifty multimedia talents, a 3.5mm audio jack and 3.6Mbps HSDPA for fast song downloads.

Details of the new handset include a 3.2-inch resistive touchscreen display (360 x 640 resolution), a 2.0 megapixel camera module (with an impressive 30fps of VGA video recording), GPS (with Ovi Maps preinstalled) and microSD card expansion (up to 16GB). Apart from the music capabilities, it's also a functional smartphone running Symbian S60 5th Edtion. As such, it comes with the rest of Nokia's Ovi suite of apps, include Contacts and Mail.

If you're not familiar with Nokia's Comes With Music, it's a music download service that's integrated with the price of the phone. In the case of the Nokia 5235, you can choose to get unlimited free downloads of DRM-protected songs for either 12 or 18 months, after which the entire inventory is yours to keep.

According to extensive Nokia consumer research, nearly half of emerging market customers state that they would rather connect to the Internet over a mobile phone than a PC. As a result, Nokia has developed locally relevant solutions that consist of affordable mobile phones and applications, designed and built from the ground up to meet the specific needs of customers in the developing world.

Nokia Life Tools is a service that enables people to make better informed decisions, find timely and relevant information, access learning opportunities and enjoy entertainment regardless of time or place. In a pilot study in India, results showed that the services had high appeal for livelihood and life improvement services. Another service aimed at the developing world is Ovi Mail, which has the potential to be the first digital identity for many people in emerging markets. Unlike most other email services, an Ovi Mail account can be created and used directly on a Nokia device without ever having to use a PC. Since the launch of the beta service in December 2008, around 90 per cent of the accounts have been created on a Nokia phone.Competetively priced and equipped at EUR 80, the Nokia 2730 classic is Nokia's most affordable 3G phone offering faster access to the internet and a richer browsing experience. With the steady spread of 3G data networks across the developing world, the Nokia 2730 classic is ideal for staying connected with friends and family, and sharing one's life with others. The Nokia 2730 classic is expected to start shipping in the third quarter of 2009.

The Nokia 2720 fold is a compact fold phone with an exciting mirror-effect design, which helps people stay organized with easy access to email, calendar, Internet connectivity and file sharing applications. Email can be activated by completing a simple three step set-up process, and in select markets will be offered with Nokia Life Tools.

NOKIA 5230 SPECIFICATION AND REVIEW
Nokia seems to be releasing a lot of new products this week, we have already seen the Nokia Booklet 3G and the Nokia 5800 Navigation Editon, today they have announced another new mobile phone, the Nokia 5230.

The Nokia 5230 is an entry level touchscreen mobile phone, with a 3.2 inch touchscreen with a resolution of 640 x 360, it also features a 2 megapixel camera, which can record video at 30fps.

The Nokia 5230 has made a bright and breezy appearance this morning, and judging by the array of colours on offer, Nokia has been spending a lot of time pondering the Pantone chart. This Symbian S60 smartphone is very much in keeping with other touchscreen phones, having a stylish design with an emphasis on music and movies, as well as staying permanently connected.
The Nokia 5230 is a 3.2-inch touchscreen device that apparently comes with a full-screen ’soft’ QWERTY keyboard, as well as the new Homescreen we first saw on the Nokia 5530 XpressMusic. This means you’ll be able to load four of your favourite apps straight from the homescreen, including the likes of Facebook and YouTube.

It also comes with the same Contacts bar that allows you to add up to 20 contacts with pictures and scroll between them. You’ll find a super-fast HSDPA connection for getting access to email and the internet and with a claimed 33 hours of playback from the media player, this is very much a device for music lovers out there.
